Hana-Sansho is a Chinese herb that give your tongue a light numbing sensation with a refreshing aroma. We use this pepper in broth of our Dan Dan Noodle and Mabo-Tofu. Just as the pepper level, you can choose the numb level from 0 killer to 6 killer with Killer bing the recommendation. We have the tasters you can sample before you place the order. Our mottos is Spicy, Painful, Tasty and Spicy. We DO NOT take responsibility for the food being too spicy.
Spice are carefully selected to compliment the depth of our broth, with each level of killer spice the taste will change. From a scale from 0 Killer spice to 6 Killer spice being spiciest. We recomend to stard at 3 Killer spice level for the most full and enjoyable experience.
Only for the original style, the spiciness will be adjusted with black pepper instead of Sansho-pepper.
